The (ICC) has announced that the winner of the Men’s CWC 2023 will be awarded a sum of USD 4 million from the total prize pool of USD 10 million. The runners-up of the final, to be held on 19 November at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, will receive a prize of USD 2 million.

The competition structure for this edition of the World Cup involves all ten participating teams participating in a round-robin format during the Group Stage.

Each team will engage in a single encounter with every other team, leading to a grand total of 45 enthralling matches. Subsequent to this intense competition, the four teams with the highest rankings on the points table will be bestowed with the privilege of progressing to the semi-finals, where their relentless pursuit of cricketing brilliance will reach its zenith.

Nevertheless, the prize money is not exclusively allocated to the eventual champions and runners-up. Instead, teams will be granted the chance to collect financial rewards based on their performance throughout the Group Stage.

At the end of the group stage, it has been determined that teams that fail to advance to the knockout phase will receive a sum of USD 100,000 out of the World Cup prize pool.
