1. England(70 Runs)
The winner of the 2022 World Cup England is famous for their aggressive mindset in cricket. Due to this approach, they smashed the highest score in powerplay in 2022. In a group match against Sri Lanka England in the 2nd innings of the game scored 70 runs in the powerplay.
2. New Zealand(65 Runs)
In the opening game of the 2022 World Cup T20 Kiwi team scored 65 runs in the powerplay which is the 2nd highest score in powerplay in the 2022 WC. Due to Finn Allen’s destructive start, the New Zealand team managed to put up a good total in the first 6 overs.
3. Ireland(64 Runs)
In the qualification round for the Super10 stage, Ireland while chasing a target against West Indies took an attacking start and without losing any wickets they scored 64 runs in the first 6 overs and with a positive approach they won the game comfortably.
