There was a change of plans for Canada’s head coach, Pubudu Dassanayake, leading up to the T20 World Cup. Initially, on Wednesday, he was informed by Assistant Manager Gurdeep Klair that his role wouldn’t continue after their recent warm-up matches in St. Kitts. However, following a board meeting later that day, the decision was reversed.
Dassanayake will now remain head coach for the duration of Canada’s T20 World Cup campaign.
