Bangladesh reveals Squad for the T20 World Cup 2024
Bangladesh Cricket announced its squad on May 14th for the T20 World Cup 2024 in June.
Najmul Hossain Shanto will lead the squad.
The Tigers have recently won a series against Zimbabwe by 4-1 at home and Shakib Al Hasan, who was out of the team for over a year made a comeback in the same series and has been named in the World Cup squad as well.
Tanzim Hasan Sakib is another player from the Zimbabwe series who has secured a spot in the team.

Group D groups The Bangladeshi team with South Africa, Sri Lanka, Netherlands, and Nepal.
Bangladesh will play its first match against Sri Lanka on June 7 in Dallas.

Najmul Hossain Shanto (c), Taskin Ahmed, Litton Das, Soumya Sarkar, Tanzid Hasan Tamim, Shakib Al Hasan, Tawhid Hridoy, Mahmudullah Riyad, Jaker Ali Anik, Tanvir Islam, Shak Mahedi Hasan, Rishad Hossain, Mustafizur Rahman, Shoriful Islam, Tanzim Hasan Sakib.
Traveling reserves: Afif Hossain, Hasan Mahmud
All of the teams can finalize their squads by May 25th and any changes found necessary will have to be approved by ICC first.
